Miss Walaa
Miss Walaa is a compassionate social worker with over 13 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping young people feel seen, heard, and supported, while also empowering parents with tools to create more connection and calm at home. Whether working with a parent seeking guidance, a teen in need of someone to talk to, or a teacher looking to connect more deeply with students, Miss Walaa offers empathy, insight, and respect for each individual’s unique journey.

Mr. Xander
Mr. Xander is an experienced educational psychologist with over 15 years in education. His goal is to help young people thrive in every aspect of life — socially, emotionally, and academically. He builds strong, positive relationships with students and provides daily guidance to support their personal growth, resilience, and confidence. Through counselling and mentoring, Mr. Xander helps children and adolescents navigate challenges, develop life skills, and realise their full potential. He believes that when students truly understand themselves, they are empowered to embrace the opportunities the world has to offer.

Miss Shannon
Miss Shannon Ryder is a Level 7 Integrative Therapist, trained in multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor support to each individual’s needs. She holds an MSc in Integrative Therapy and a BA in Education Studies and Early Years, and has previous teaching experience in the UAE. Shannon has over six years of private practice, including working with children and young people in schools, and now also teaches Level 2 and 3 Counselling Skills. She is an Individual Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), bringing both professional expertise and a compassionate approach to supporting wellbeing and mental health.
