Founded in 2023 by Jade Irving, Alamaani Teaching Agency was born from a deep passion for inclusive education and a desire to support families in finding dedicated, compassionate educators who truly understand the unique needs of each child.

Jade brings over 12 years of international experience in education, having taught in the UAE, China, India, and the UK. Her diverse background includes roles as a classroom teacher, inclusion teacher, governess, and learning support assistant, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities within each of these roles.
Her journey began in India, volunteering in communities where access to education was limited, teaching underprivileged children, supporting a unit for boys with autism, and working with women from remote villages. This formative experience sparked her lifelong dedication to inclusion and educational equity.

From managing large classrooms in Shanghai to supporting children of determination in UAE schools, Jade has worked with families from all walks of life. She has served as a teacher in both public and private schools, a governess for VVIP families, and a one-on-one support for children with additional needs. Through these experiences, she has developed a deep respect for the values of the families she serves and a strong understanding of the cultural landscape in the UAE.
